1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Plotfai, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice. You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Plotfai is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access needed to protect members, investigate abuse or comply with law.
3. Content and acceptable use
Plotfai content is licensed for personal, noncommercial viewing. Do not copy, scrape, rebroadcast, reverse engineer, disrupt, impersonate others, manipulate rewards, use bots, create duplicate accounts or violate another person’s rights.
4. Plot Coins and rewards
Plot Coins are promotional loyalty points—not cryptocurrency, deposits, property, store credit or a payment method. Coins may be earned only through eligible actions, may be subject to limits or expiration, and may be corrected or removed for error or abuse. Reward selection, availability and coin requirements may change. We will provide notice when required by law.
Eligible members may request a PayPal withdrawal at the displayed conversion rate. The current beta rate is 10,000 coins for US$1 with a 100,000-coin/US$10 minimum. Requests may require identity, age, location, fraud, tax and account review. PayPal availability and its terms apply. A request is not guaranteed payment, and coins do not otherwise have cash value.
5. Referrals and promotions
Referral rewards require a new eligible member to use the referral link, create an account and complete the stated action. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, misleading promotion and artificial activity do not qualify. Promotion-specific rules control if they differ from these Terms. No purchase is necessary unless clearly stated for a separate lawful promotion.
6. Shopping and partner links
External retailers—not Plotfai—set prices, accept payment, fulfill orders and handle shipping, returns and customer service. Plot Coins may reveal an eligible offer but do not pay for merchandise. Plotfai may receive compensation when members use selected shopping links. Product references are for discovery and do not promise availability, savings or endorsement.
7. Creator, ambassador and brand programs
You keep ownership of original work you submit. You grant Plotfai a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, review, display and promote submitted work for operating the program, subject to any separate creator agreement. Submit only material you have rights and consent to use. Disclose sponsorships, gifts and reward relationships where required. Opportunities, features, merchandise and payment depend on eligibility and a separate written offer when applicable.
Businesses that purchase a Plotfai partnership package also agree to the separate Brand Partnership Terms, which govern campaign scope, approvals, fees and production.
8. Intellectual property and reports
Plotfai names, designs, software and commissioned content are protected by law. Use the Contact page for copyright, trademark, privacy or safety reports and include enough detail for review. We may remove material or restrict access while reviewing a report.
9. Service changes and availability
We may improve, pause or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted access, exact reward availability or that third-party services will remain available. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plotfai is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties. Plotfai and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and changes
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law requires otherwise. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in California may hear disputes unless applicable law provides another forum. We may update these Terms and will post the effective date; material changes will receive additional notice when required.
